Group Photography exhibition curated by acclaimed photographer Nick Brandt this exhibition is the result of a collaborative effort that began several months ago with the gallery. On this occasion, Nick has selected both the artists and the works on display, structuring the show around the regions where he himself photographed his series The Day May Break.
FOUR CHAPTERS brings together the visions of four international photographers with distinctive trajectories: Rania Matar, Morganna Magee, Saidou Dicko, and Alessandro Cinque. Each of them presents a unique artistic voice, shaped by their cultural heritage or by the countries where they’ve developed their work.
Rania Matar, photographs women in urban and natural environments, exploring the fragility of identity and resilience in times of change through portraits that are both intimate and powerful.
Morganna Magee, speaks to the interdependence between humans and nature, capturing landscapes in transformation in an ever-changing world.
Saidou Dicko, uses his distinctive silhouette technique to address themes such as memory, absence, and survival, with a strong focus on the African continent.
Alessandro Cinque, an Italian photographer based in Latin America, sensitively documents the coexistence of Indigenous communities with their contemporary realities.
