"Redescovering a Collection" It is a carefully curated selection of works from the personal collection of Jorge Kreisler, who has decided to part with some of the most iconic pieces from his life as a collector and gallerist. Together, we have organized one of the most meaningful exhibitions the gallery has hosted to date.

I always say that for me, my sisters, and cousins, it has been a true privilege to grow up in a family where art was not only lived but was also part of everyday professional life. Since I was a child, I remember attending openings at my father’s and uncle’s galleries, and seeing how true treasures arrived at our home from fairs and trips, filling our lives with beauty and creative stimulation.

My uncle Jorge, as founder and director of the gallery Kreisler Dos and later the Jorge Kreisler Gallery, was a pioneer in contemporary art. He introduced some of the biggest names in avant-garde art of the 80s and 90s to Madrid, and later to Marbella—many of whom remain key figures in the contemporary art scene today.

This exhibition brings together some of the most important Spanish and international artists of the last fifty years. My uncle was already attending international art fairs at a time when few others did, which is why this show features a wide variety of techniques, styles, and essential names in contemporary art, including:
